We understand that plans change. Our policy is built to respect both your time and the time we reserve for you.
Rescheduling an appointment
You can reschedule any consultation appointment via WhatsApp up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Notice inside 24 hours is welcome but subject to availability.
Cancelling an appointment
Cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice is entirely free. Late cancellation may involve a small handling fee that is disclosed to you in advance.
Refunds
If a prepayment was made and the appointment was cancelled per policy, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the same original payment method.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency or force-majeure circumstance preventing you from attending, contact us via WhatsApp — we handle each case individually with flexibility.
